In a bowl, add coconut powder, corn flour, red chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, a little bit of water and mix well in a nice paste.
Now add prawns. Mix properly. Keep in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep pan. Once the oil gets hot, deep fry the coated prawns until they’re light golden in colour. Keep aside for 3-5 minutes.
Double fry the prawns to make them crunchy.
Once they turn a nice golden colour, take out a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot.
